Is this safe for my car?
Every feature in the store is one your car was built to take, with its parts already fitted. What turns it on comes through the official channel, not from us, and nothing is added to your car that the manufacturer did not write. Before anything starts, the app checks the car and names what it is about to install.
What if something goes wrong halfway?
The app tells you where your car stands. Until the first change it can simply stop, and nothing on the car is different. After that it puts back what it changed wherever it can, and says what to do next.
Can a feature be removed again?
Yes. The app can put your car back the way it was before the installation, in the same place, with the adapter plugged in.
What happens to my warranty?
Changes to your car can affect what a dealer covers. We are not the manufacturer and cannot speak for them. If this matters to you, ask your dealer before you buy, and remove the feature before a service visit.
Do I need a laptop or a coding tool?
No. Your phone and the adapter are all it takes. There is no laptop, no unlock, and nothing comes out of the car.
What does it cost?
Each feature has one price for one car, shown in the store with VAT included. The check is free, and there is no subscription.
What happens after a software update?
Your purchase belongs to your car. If an update removes a feature, install it again at no extra cost.
Is remote start allowed in Austria and Germany?
What both countries regulate is letting an engine run while the car is parked, and that applies to every car, with or without remote start. The function is the manufacturer’s own and switches off after 15 minutes at the latest. Know the rules where you park, and use it there with judgement.
