What you are buying
One feature, for one car. The purchase is tied to the car it was made for and cannot be moved to another car, because what we prepare only fits that one.
The price is shown in the app before you pay and includes VAT. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
What you need
A supported car, an iPhone, the MHD Universal adapter, and about 15 minutes across two visits to the car.
We do not sell the adapter and we earn nothing from it. You buy it from its maker.
The app tells you for free, at your car, whether a feature fits it. That answer is the only reliable one. Nothing on our website is a promise about your particular car.
What we owe you
To prepare your files correctly and to give you an application that writes them to your car and confirms what it wrote.
If an installation cannot be completed, we refund you in full.
If a feature you paid for never becomes available for your car, we refund you in full.
What we do not promise
We are not the manufacturer of your car and we are not connected to them. Changing what your car does can affect what a dealer covers under a warranty or a goodwill arrangement, and we cannot speak for a dealer.
Whether a feature may be used on a public road is a matter for the rules where you drive, and it is yours to check.
We do not promise that a feature will be available for a car we have not seen, or that a car supported today will still be supported after a manufacturer update.
Liability
We are liable without limit for injury to life, body or health, and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
For ordinary negligence we are liable only where we break an obligation that the contract depends on, and then only for the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this kind of contract.
Nothing here limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.
Law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, without its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
